La Mafia started its foray with an Italo-Mediterranean restaurant, followed by “La Croqueta”, specialized in designer tapas, and “La Mostaza” snack bars. La Mafia started in 2000, specialized in quality italian food. The company´s origins can be found on its founder´s passion for italian culture, combining it with the best flavours of other mediterranean cuisines.In 1990 we created the first “Mostaza Sandwich”. From then on we haven´t stopped, and our objective has not changed: when our clients think about a sandwich, they think back to “Mostaza”.
